Dhaka, 30 April 2025, The individuals named in the order include Sheikh Hasina’s son Sajeeb Wazed Joy, daughter Saima Wazed Putul, younger sister Sheikh Rehana, and Rehana’s children Radwan Mujib Siddiq and Azmina Siddiq. The court also directed the appointment of a receiver for these assets.
On Wednesday (30 April), Dhaka Metropolitan Senior Special Judge Md. Zakir Hossain Galib issued the order following an application by the Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC). The seized properties include: Baridhara, Dhaka: A plot valued at BDT 4.98 crore registered in the name of Saima Wazed Putul. Dighalia, Khulna: Land worth BDT 61.87 lakh registered in the names of Sheikh Rehana, Sajeeb Wazed Joy, and Saima Wazed Putul.
Radwan Mujib Siddiq and Azmina Siddiq: 87.70 decimals of land.
Tungipara, Gopalganj: 19 decimals of land in the name of Sheikh RehanaAI/MR
