Tehran, June 12, 2025: Iran’s Defense Minister Brigadier General Aziz Nasirzadeh has warned that in the event of a conflict, Iran will strike all U.S. military bases in the region, regardless of the countries hosting them. On Wednesday (June 11), he stated, “All U.S. bases are within the range of our missiles. If a conflict arises, they will have to leave the region.”
Iran’s Supreme National Security Council further declared that if Israel takes any aggressive action against Iran, Tehran will directly target Israel’s secret nuclear facilities. The council claimed that Iranian intelligence has obtained classified documents related to Israel’s nuclear program through multifaceted and strategic operations, threatening to publish them soon. This move is seen as an attempt to warn Tel Aviv.
Meanwhile, Israel remains staunchly opposed to Iran acquiring nuclear weapons and has repeatedly threatened to strike Iran’s nuclear facilities. Although Israel has sought U.S. support for such actions, U.S. President Donald Trump has instructed Tel Aviv to refrain from attacks until diplomatic negotiations are concluded.
Iran’s warnings have escalated tensions in the Middle East. Analysts suggest that while this may be a display of regional power, any conflict could trigger a major crisis.
