According to the report, in the 24 hours until 8 AM on Sunday, the highest number of dengue patients, 134, were admitted to hospitals in the Barishal division. Additionally, 39 patients were admitted in Chattogram division, 9 in Dhaka division (outside city corporations), 8 in Dhaka North City Corporation, 35 in Dhaka South City Corporation, 8 in Khulna division, 5 in Rajshahi division, 7 in Mymensingh division, 3 in Rangpur division, and 1 in Sylhet division.
The Directorate General of Health Services emphasized the importance of eliminating mosquito breeding sites and raising public awareness to prevent dengue. Authorities have advised everyone to maintain cleanliness and protect themselves from mosquito bites.
