Dhaka, August 31, 2025 – The Bangladesh U-17 Women’s National Football Team concluded their SAFF U-17 Women’s Championship 2025 campaign on a high note, securing a thrilling 4-3 victory against champions India in the final at Changlimithang Stadium in Thimphu, Bhutan.
Although finishing as runners-up in the tournament, the young Tigresses were honored with the Fair Play Trophy for their exemplary sportsmanship. Additionally, goalkeeper Meghla was awarded the Best Goalkeeper of the tournament for her outstanding performances throughout the championship.
