To ensure transparency in operations, Dhaka WASA has issued a directive mandating the submission of billing reports through software.
On Friday (September 5), sources from Dhaka WASA confirmed this development. Earlier, Dhaka WASA’s Secretary Mashiur Rahman Khan issued an office order to implement this directive.
Secretary Mashiur Rahman Khan stated that the order was issued in compliance with instructions from the relevant authorities, and the measure will take effect immediately.
The office order emphasizes that, to enhance accountability, transparency, and efficiency through automation, necessary data for preparing MIS (Management Information System) reports must now be submitted via the MIS report software.
The directive specifically instructs that MIS and billing department reports be sent through the MIS report software.
