Thousands March in London Protest – “Remove Yunus, Save the Nation”

London, June 10, 2025: Thousands of activists, community leaders, and concerned citizens took to the streets of London today in a massive protest march under the banner “Remove Yunus, Save the Nation.” The demonstrators called for the protection of national interests and public rights, urging immediate action to resist a group accused of undermining the country’s legal and judicial systems for their own interests.

The march began in central London, winding through key city streets, with participants carrying placards, banners, and chanting slogans. They expressed their demand for upholding democracy and the rule of law, stating, “We are here not only to defend the rights of the people of Bangladesh but also to honor the principles of justice and governance.”
The protest saw participation from the Bangladeshi diaspora, local activists, and representatives of various organizations. The demonstrators accused Dr. Muhammad Yunus and associated groups of acting against national interests to serve the agenda of a select few. They emphasized that no individual or group should be above the law and demanded respect for the country’s legal and judicial frameworks.
Speakers at the rally stressed the importance of unity, declaring, “This protest is not just for today—it’s the beginning. We will remain vigilant in protecting our nation’s interests and the rights of its people.” They also called on the international community to show solidarity with their cause.
London police ensured tight security to maintain the peaceful nature of the protest. The event concluded with a rally where leaders urged the public to stay united and continue the movement to safeguard national interests.
