On Thursday, Mahi addressed the issue in a Facebook post, writing, “A pair of glasses might seem different to some, but for me, it’s just part of an office look.”
She further added, “There’s no need to view every outfit or pose in an irrelevant manner. Style should be enjoyed for what it is.”
In a conversation with Mahi commented on the controversy, saying, “This was just part of a drama. And yet, it caused such an uproar! What more can I say? I can’t control everyone’s perspective. Honestly, whatever I do, it’s always criticized (laughs).”
Mahi clarified that the photos were from the drama *Sweet Colleague*, directed by Sokal Ahmed. The shooting for the drama was completed a few days ago.
