Israel Plans Limited Attack on Iran’s Nuclear Facilities

Israel is considering a limited attack on Iran’s nuclear facilities, despite U.S. President Donald Trump’s reluctance to approve such a move. Israeli officials believe that this strike could delay Iran’s nuclear weapon development by months or even a year.

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has insisted that any negotiations with Iran must lead to the complete dismantling of its nuclear program. However, Trump has prioritized diplomatic talks with Tehran over military action.

On Saturday, U.S. and Iranian officials are set to hold a second round of nuclear discussions in Rome. Previously, Israel proposed two attack plans to the U.S., including airstrikes and commando operations, but Washington has opted for diplomacy first.
