Dhaka, May 28, 2025: The Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP) is set to hold a massive youth rally today, organized by its three affiliated organizations—Jatiyatabadi Chhatra Dal, Jubo Dal, and Swechchhasebak Dal—at Nayapaltan in front of the party’s central office in Dhaka. Titled the “Rally for Establishing Youth Political Rights,” the event is scheduled to take place on Wednesday afternoon, with preparations already finalized.
The organizers anticipate a turnout of approximately 15 lakh young people from Dhaka, Sylhet, Faridpur, and Mymensingh. The rally aims to engage the youth and highlight their political aspirations, with BNP Acting Chairman Tarique Rahman expected to address the gathering virtually as the chief guest. During his speech, he will outline the party’s vision for the state, its political framework, and future strategies targeting the younger generation.
Prominent BNP Standing Committee members, including Khandaker Mosharraf Hossain, Dr. Abdul Moyeen Khan, Amir Khasru Mahmud Chowdhury, and Salahuddin Ahmed, will also attend the event. The rally is part of a month-long program announced by BNP’s affiliated organizations to connect with young voters. Earlier events, including seminars and rallies, were successfully held in Chattogram, Khulna, and Bogura. Today’s gathering in Dhaka marks the culmination of this initiative, aimed at mobilizing youth across four major divisions over eight days.
The rally is expected to draw significant attention as BNP seeks to strengthen its youth base ahead of future political endeavors.
