The deceased was the wife of Shamsul Haque Alam, a Saudi expatriate. According to local sources, Ferdousi Begum had been missing since Friday (June 27) morning after 10 AM. The victim’s son, Ikramul, alleged, “My mother was killed in a planned manner, and her body was dumped in the septic tank. This murder may have stemmed from a family dispute.”
