Aamir Khan Allegedly Confined Brother Faisal Khan at Home for Over a Year

Faisal Khan, the brother of Bollywood superstar Aamir Khan, has made shocking claims that he was confined in Aamir’s Mumbai residence for over a year. In a recent interview with Pinkvilla, Faisal revealed the distressing circumstances behind his ordeal, alleging that his family labeled him as suffering from schizophrenia and deemed him a danger to society.

According to Faisal, Aamir Khan kept him confined, believing he was “trapped in a situation.” Faisal recounted, “My brother Aamir kept me locked up for a year. They were saying I had schizophrenia and that I was a mad person, harmful to society.” He further shared that his phone was taken away, and he was denied permission to leave the house. During this period, Faisal said he prayed for help and hoped his father would come to his rescue.

The relationship between Aamir and Faisal has reportedly been strained for years. Faisal was previously involved in a legal battle with his family when they asked him to relinquish his rights to sign documents, even taking the matter to court. The brothers worked together in the 2000 film *Mela*, directed by Dharmesh Darshan, which also starred Twinkle Khanna.
