The Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) has announced a 15-member squad for the three-match T20I series against the Netherlands and the Asia Cup. Wicketkeeper-batsman Nurul Hasan has made a comeback to the T20I team after nearly three years, alongside opener Saif Hasan.
All-rounder Mehedi Hasan Miraz, who had previously opted out of the Netherlands series, has also been excluded from the Asia Cup squad and named as a standby player.
Nurul Hasan last played for Bangladesh in the 2022 T20 World Cup. Saif Hasan, who made his T20I debut against Pakistan in Mirpur in 2021, has played five T20Is for the country. His last appearance for Bangladesh was at the 2023 Asian Games.
