Public Holiday for Eid-e-Miladunnabi (SAW) Rescheduled to September 6

The public holiday for Eid-e-Miladunnabi (SAW) has been rescheduled from the previously announced date of September 5 (Friday) to September 6 (Saturday). The Ministry of Public Administration issued a notification regarding this change on Thursday (August 28).

The notification stated that the month of Rabiul Awwal began on August 26 this year. Accordingly, Eid-e-Miladunnabi (SAW) will be observed on September 6 (Saturday). In light of this, the public holiday previously set for September 5 has been rescheduled to September 6.

Notably, all government, semi-government, autonomous, semi-autonomous, and private offices across the country will remain closed on this holiday.
