The deceased Juhaier Ayman (17) was the son of Mohammad Shariful Islam and Monira Sultana, residents of Ward No. 3, Kotnapara, Bogura Municipality, Bogura Sadar. Osman from Sea Safe Lifeguard stated that around 3:00 PM on Sunday, three tourists went swimming at Labani Point beach and suddenly started drifting away in the current. He further said that on Monday morning, news came from the Samitipara area that a body had washed up on the beach point there. Local members of Sea Safe Lifeguard, with the assistance of area residents, brought the body to the shore. The family members of the missing person identified it as Ayman. Executive Magistrate of Cox's Bazar District Administration's Tourism Cell, Md. Azim Khan, said that after identification, the body was brought to Sadar Hospital by ambulance. He learned from the family that they had come from Bogura for a family trip after Ayman's SSC exams, and this unfortunate accident occurred. He described it as very regrettable.
