In a special operation by the Coast Guard in Patenga, Chattogram, a large quantity of narcotics and local weapons were seized. Acting on confidential information, the operation took place on Thursday night near Marine Drive, where two hidden sacks contained 5.7 kg of cannabis, 39 cans of beer, three bottles of foreign liquor, and two locally made weapons. The Coast Guard has stated that legal procedures are ongoing and they will continue strengthening patrols to maintain law and order.
