Baahubali’ Returns in a New Form After 10 Years

The iconic Indian film *Baahubali*, which redefined box office history, is marking its 10th anniversary with a special announcement. Director S.S. Rajamouli has revealed that both films in the *Baahubali* series will be re-released together as *Baahubali: The Epic*.

Rajamouli has re-edited the two films into a single cinematic experience for theaters. Sharing a poster with the release date, he posted on X: “*Baahubali* began an incredible journey. Countless memories. Endless inspiration. As we celebrate 10 years, we bring you *Baahubali: The Epic*, a fusion of both parts. The film will hit theaters worldwide on October 31.” According to *Hindustan Times*, *Baahubali: The Epic* combines the stories of *Baahubali: The Beginning* (2015) and *Baahubali: The Conclusion* (2017). The film will be released in Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, and Hindi. Many fans have expressed surprise over the absence of a Kannada release. Per *Sacnilk*, the first *Baahubali* film grossed approximately ₹650 crore, while the second earned over ₹1,788 crore, securing its place as the third highest-grossing Indian film ever. The films starred Prabhas, Anushka Shetty, Rana Daggubati, and Tamannaah Bhatia in key roles.
