However, the ongoing Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) and equivalent examinations across the country will not be postponed. The Dhaka Education Board has confirmed that the HSC exams scheduled for Tuesday will take place as per the pre-determined routine.

On Monday night, Professor SM Kamal Uddin Haider, Controller of Examinations at the Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board, Dhaka, stated that no decision has been made to postpone the exams. The examinations will proceed as planned according to the existing schedule. The exams scheduled for Tuesday include Chemistry (Theoretical) Second Paper, History and Culture of Islam Second Paper (Humanities), History Second Paper or Home Management and Family Life Second Paper, and Production Management and Marketing Second Paper. Earlier, on July 10, examinations under the Comilla Education Board, Bangladesh Technical Education Board, and Bangladesh Madrasa Education Board were postponed due to flooding.
